Erik Puslys

Mr. Puslys graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berklee College of music with a Bachelors degree in Professional Music. He then went on to receive a Graduate Performance Diploma in classical guitar from The Boston Conservatory. Erik has also studied privately with legendary rock guitarist Steve Vai.

Erik holds a strong reputation as a prominent teacher in Boston with over 20 years of experience teaching both contemporary and classical styles. In 2007 Erik’s students placed first in The David Lapin Music Competition at the Community Music Center Of Boston.

In 2010 Erik performed lead guitar in the band for Grammy nominated R and B artist Blu Cantrell.  He has also been playing lead guitar in The Jeff Michaels Band performing at venues such as Blue in Portland Maine and The Hard Rock Café in Boston MA.  Erik also finds the time to perform classical guitar in dozens of venues all over New England. Performances also included master classes with Eliot Fisk, Sharin Isbin, William Kanengiser, Antigoni Goni, Ricardo Iznaola, Adam Holzman and Jason Vieaux.
